The Oceanographer “Devil Diver” is an icon celebrating the history of diving. This famous automatic watch dedicated to deep diving was introduced in 1972. The original model is an automatic diving watch, equipped with a rotating bezel with red and black accents. The watch earned the nickname “Devil Diver” when Bulova indicated the water resistance value in US units of “666 feet” instead of the traditional 200 meters on the dial of the original 1970s model.
